At LIV Lanseria, the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is our highest priority. To maintain a safe environment and meet legal compliance requirements, we need to ensure that our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in an emergency. We are raising R16,000 to train selected staff members in First Aid, Health and Safety, and Fire Representative certification. These accredited courses will enable our team to respond confidently to medical emergencies, identify and manage potential risks, support fire prevention and evacuation procedures, and help us remain compliant with South African health and safety legislation. Every day, hundreds of children, staff, volunteers and visitors spend time on our campus. Investing in this training is an investment in their safety.
