Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
Two of our staff have already been trained as NQF Level 4 Child and Youth Care Workers. Putting them onto the Auxiliary Social Worker qualification programme is a way of upskilling them and using their institutional knowledge within the organisation. There is a severe shortage in South Africa of qualified social workers, and auxiliary social workers can plug the gap and help Hearts of Hope with the many social worker duties which need to be undertaken.
