But too often, they arrive hungry, without food or the most basic learning tools. Imagine trying to learn on an empty stomach, or sitting quietly while others unpack their books, pens, and lunch. How do we expect our children to learn, thrive, and become employable when they start the day already at a disadvantage? The Dignity of Preparedness is about restoring fairness and hope. It’s about ensuring that every learner — no matter where they come from — can step into the classroom with confidence, dignity, and the essentials they need to learn.
