Help Cape Mental Health raise R50 000 in Mandela Month to offer vital home visits this winter to individuals and families facing mental health challenges – one home visit at a time. Cape Mental Health is one of the few service providers whose social workers continue to do home visits to dire communities in the greater Cape Town area. We bring a lifeline of support to people who are isolated in their homes due to mental illness, poverty, and barriers to accessing care. We offer free critical mental health assessments and counselling to individuals and families, equipping them with the tools they need to improve their coping skills. Please donate today!
