What is the Superheroes Challenge (SHC)? The Superheroes Challenge is an event that runs during the month of April (launch and awareness on 2 April which is Autism Awareness Day) and encourages corporates and companies to enter teams and challenge each other.
The main event is a FAMILY DAY AND 5KM FUN RUN on the 25th May at Crusader’s Cricket Club, St. George’s Park. Is there a theme? We’ve incorporated a SUPERHEROES theme so the name of the event is THE SUPERHEROES CHALLENGE, because we believe that even though our children might have special needs or barriers, they have some incredible superpowers as well.
Who are the beneficiaries? We have 4 beneficiaries, Elsen Academy, Down Syndrome Association PE, Victory Kids and Cheshire Home for the Physically Disabled.
