I would like to donate 50 x Dignity Bags to young women. The draw string bags are made of ShweShwe fabric and fully lined. Content of the bags are : 2 packs of sanitary pads, wipes, bar of soap, hand cream and an embroidered face towel. I am in Pretoria East and would like for the donation to go to girls in the Pretoria/Cullinan area

I am the founder of the Behati Foundation, a passionate initiative dedicated to shattering period poverty and restoring a sense of pride to vulnerable schoolgirls across South Africa. Having poured my absolute heart and hard work into handcrafting our signature, premium lined Shweshwe dignity bags—fully packed with essential hygiene products, including an embroidered towel, pads, and soap—my mission is twofold. I am deeply committed to keeping young girls in the classroom where they can be educated without the shame or disruption of missing school due to a lack of sanitary products. Concurrently, my vision is to scale our production to create sustainable, local employment opportunities for women in our communities who help craft these high-quality bags and our upcycled merchandise. By providing both physical tools and economic empowerment, the Behati Foundation aims to connect the dots for dignity, ensuring that no girl is left behind.
