Daily in person HR and recruitment support

Offer description

I am an HR student offering my skills to support registered NPOs and community causes while completing my diploma practical hours. I can assist with drafting HR policies, contracts, and job descriptions, as well as recruitment, cv screening, and interview support. I can also help with staff and volunteer onboarding, performance processes, and general HR admin compliance. I am based in Durban and available to be on-site everyday. My goal is to provide hands on HR support to strengthen your team.

Hi, I’m Albertina and I’m currently studying Human Resources. I’m passionate about helping people and making workplaces run smoothly so teams can focus on their purpose. I’m offering my HR skills to support NPOs and community causes because I believe strong people systems help create bigger impact. I’m available daily for 18 months to assist with HR admin, policies, recruitment and volunteer support. I’m reliable, eager to learn, and excited to use my skills to give back to the community.
