My name is Tshepiso Makgoeng a 26 year old female from Botswana. I hold a BA in Social Sciences with a double major in Sociology and Public Admin and i have 3 years of HR experience of which two of them where in an International NGO. My work focused on Recruitment, Policy review and implementation, wellness programs and employee support. Beyond HR experience, i have experience in grant writing, events management and leadership roles, including writing a winning business plan that secured funding for a youth development project. I bring forth HR skills, Grant writing and administration as well as Events and Training. My long term goals are to build a career in the NGO, ideally working with International Organizations
