🏠 Basic Offer & Setup Accommodation is provided Daily meals included No salary is offered — this is a volunteer-based role Location: Franklin Roosevelt Park, Johannesburg Safe, structured environment with supervision 👶 Role & Responsibilities Helping with babies and children aged 0–18 Duties may include: Assisting with bathing, feeding, dressing babies Helping with homework and general child supervision Cleaning up play areas or rooms Assisting with cooking or laundry (if needed) Night shift or weekend rotation may be required ✅ Who This Is Ideal For A woman with no dependents (due to accommodation limits) Someone with a heart for children Preferably unemployed, retired, or needing shelter Must be willing to serve with humility and compassion Bonus: Background in childcare, ECD, or caregiving 📜 Expectations & Values Must be trustworthy, honest, and reliable Must be sober-minded, no alcohol/drug use Christian values are upheld at the home Should be able to follow structure, rules, and team spirit Background check/reference may be requested for safety 🧾 What the Home Offers in Return Safe, clean home environment Daily meals A family-like setting Purpose and meaning in service Letter of reference upon successful volunteering Possibility of future opportunities (e.g., stipend, ECD courses, full-time position)
