We’re looking for detail-oriented and passionate volunteers to assist with writing and sending donation request letters to potential sponsors, donors, and corporate partners. Your work will help us secure vital resources like food, clothing, equipment, and funding for our community programs. - Draft personalized and professional donation request letters - Assist with email outreach and follow-up messaging - Help maintain donor contact lists and track responses - Collaborate with our team to align messaging with current campaigns - Suggest improvements to tone, formatting, and donor engagement strategy

- 1. Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.
- 2. When meeting one of your contacts offline for the first time, always be sure to arrange to meet in a public place.
