Become a Fundraising Champion for the Hippo Roller Foundation Help us bring water closer to communities in need. The Hippo Roller Foundation is looking for passionate volunteers to become online fundraising champions for our water-access projects across Africa. Our Hippo Rollers help women, children and families transport much more water with significantly less physical effort than carrying traditional containers. But getting Hippo Rollers to communities that need them requires funding—and that’s where you can make a difference. What will you do? As a fundraising volunteer, you will: Choose a Hippo Roller project or cause that inspires you. Set up and manage your own fundraising campaign on GivenGain. Share your campaign with friends, family, colleagues and your social networks. Encourage others to support the campaign and help spread awareness. Keep your supporters engaged by sharing updates and stories about the impact their contributions can make. What support will you receive? You won't be doing this alone. The Hippo Roller Foundation will provide you with: Information about the project you're supporting. Stories, photos and other content you can use when promoting your campaign. Guidance on setting up your GivenGain fundraiser. Support and advice throughout your fundraising journey. Who are we looking for? We're looking for people who: Care about making a positive difference. Are comfortable using social media and online platforms. Have a network of friends, family, colleagues or followers they can reach. Are enthusiastic about sharing a cause they believe in. Can commit some time to promoting their fundraising campaign. You don't need previous fundraising experience. You just need a willingness to help. Why volunteer? Your efforts could help provide Hippo Rollers to families and communities who spend hours collecting and transporting water. Every fundraiser you create can help turn awareness into action, and action into real-world impact.
