We invite businesses to partner with FCD Skills Centre by hosting a student for a job shadow experience in Childcare, Hospitality, Retail, Frail Care, Baking, Nail Tech, Barista, Sewing, Construction, Call Centre or Admin roles. By hosting a student, you are: Helping someone gain real workplace experience, build confidence, and develop practical, job-ready skills aligned with the 12 FCD training programmes. You are also benefiting from extra workplace assistance at no cost to you.
