Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), 1999 (for national and provincial departments, public entities) 3. Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), 2003 (specifically for municipalities and municipal entities) 4. Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (governing Integrated Development Planning (IDP), performance management, and municipal service delivery) 5. Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA), 2000 (ensuring fair, lawful, and reasonable administrative action by all spheres of government) 6. Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), 2000 (giving stakeholders the right to request access to government-held information)
