Ivatha Aftercare and Homework Services is a registered non-profit organisation, operating since 2024 and based in Lotus Gardens. Since our founding, we've grown to support 125 students with quality aftercare, homework assistance, and school readiness. Every day, we work directly with young learners at a critical stage in their development, helping them build the foundational skills, confidence, and love of learning that will shape the rest of their school journey. Many of the children we serve come from under-resourced communities where consistent educational support outside school hours simply isn't available, and where parents often cannot afford private tutoring. To meet this need, we've developed our own in-house educational programs: our School Ready series, Colour Progression program, Numeracy and Literacy series, and Financial Literacy series, built and refined through hands-on experience with the children in front of us. We partner with parents, local schools, and organisations like Global School Leaders to keep improving how we teach and to extend our reach further into the community. We're now working on a digital platform so our School Ready program can reach children beyond our physical classroom, including those who can't attend in person but still need the support. In just over a year, we've already reached 125 students. With your support, we can reach the next 125, and the ones after that.
