Character Company is on a mission to raise boys to be not just men, but good men. We believe there's a significant distinction between the two, and we're dedicated to instilling the values and qualities that define a "good man" in the boys we mentor. We are currently seeking 20 Christian mentors who are willing to dedicate their time and energy to this noble cause. Our mentors play a crucial role in shaping the lives of these boys, serving between 2-3 hours over one session per week for a total of four sessions each month. This commitment is entirely voluntary, and we're looking for men who embody the qualities of being FAT: Faithful, Available, and Teachable. As a mentor with Character Company, you will be onboarded, trained, and equipped with our comprehensive curriculum, which is built on the foundation of our five core values. While the journey of mentorship may present challenges, we firmly believe that it is always worth it in the end. Our boys come from various backgrounds, including single-parent homes, orphanages, and foster homes. They are eager to spend time with positive male role models who can guide them through life's challenges and teach them invaluable life skills.
