Fisantekraal Centre for Development is a non-profit organisation that restores dignity and builds self-esteem in unemployed people through various skills development courses. Since 2010 we have been known to train and develop the unemployed, enabling them to become economically active. Through our holistic approach, integrating life skills, business skills and technical skills, we are able to equip people for a meaningful life. This allows for students to develop the necessary values and attitudes required for the workplace and life in general. The programs we offer include: Job Readiness, Office Admin & Call centre skills, Bake for Profit (small business course), Frail Care (home based carers for the elderly). The profile of the students who complete our courses is majority previously disadvantaged females and between the ages of 18-35.
