The Topsy Foundation serves impoverished children and families in the rural communities of the sub-district of Dipaleseng in Mpumalanga through our Early Childhood Development Programme. Services provided included: Early Learning and Stimulation (3-6) Food Security and Nutrition Primary Healthcare Psycho-social support Parental Support Vision and hearing tests
