Help Epilepsy SA for persons with Epilepsy or disabilities by donating diapers, toiletries, cleaning detergents etc for adults in our care
Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
We have about 70 residents in frail care and mostly they are in need of disposable one size fits all diapers. These would be highly appreciated. We also have about 50 ladies who would appreciate assistance with sanitary pads and +300 beneficiaries who would appreciate care packs with (Vaseline, lotion, deodorant, toothbrushes and tooth pastes, shampoo, bathing soap, towel and related items) these would go a long way for our beneficiaries. We pride ourselves in keeping a clean and safe environment so would appreciate cleaning detergents from washing powder, handwash or auto, drain cleaner, degreaser, dishwashing liquid, pine gel, handy andy, bleach, toilet cleaner, steel wool, steel pot scourger, jeyes fluid, deodorant blocks, floor polish, floor stripper, mops, toilet brushes. This is to cater for 2 of our Residential homes based in Springs. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to contact us should you require further information.
Helpful tips
Stay safe
- 1. Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.
- 2. When meeting one of your contacts offline for the first time, always be sure to arrange to meet in a public place.
- 3. Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
- 4. Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
- 5. If you feel unsafe, consult the person in charge and let him or her know.
- 6. Avoid wearing expensive jewellery: it could get damaged, lost or stolen.
- 7. Ask, ask, ask! If you’re worried about something or concerned about your safety in a certain situation, ask the person in charge.
