Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
#LeaveNoChildBehind. At our ECD centre in Gelvandale we have a structural frame in the yard, but without a roof/top sheeting. This means that for 52 pre-school kids they are exposed to sun, rain and weather elements, without any protection. Safe play is critical for any child's physical and emotional development. Unfortunately in high crime, gang hotspot areas, kids cannot play outside. At our ECD centre kids probably have the only opportunity during the day to play safely outside. Please help us to provide protection for vulnerable kids - to allow them to learn through play and develop their full potential.
