Mandela Day (18 July) is a day which calls on all South Africans to honour his spirit of generosity and his vision for equal lives for all. Lesedi la Batho gives back to our community in need every day, but looks forward to making an extra special impact this Mandela Day! During this very difficult season, we are gathering donations of essential supplies for families who are struggling to provide. With unemployment peaked, winter in full swing, and the start of a 3rd wave of COVID-19 - people in our community are hungry and desperate. Let's join our hands to help another. On Friday 16 July, our team will distribute donations and volunteer at Boitumelo Hospice, a community old age home. We can't wait to show our support for a fellow local NGO. Please support our Mandela Day initiative if you are able to, and share with your friends, family and colleagues who are looking for a worthy cause to get involved with!
