Contact Claire for delivery 072 675 1536 (Linden, Randburg) Ingredients: 500ml water 150ml oil 6 dessert spoons cocoa 8 large eggs 3 cups sugar 3 1/2 cups flour 30ml baking powder For icing: 125g soft butter or margarine 300g icing sugar 4 teaspoons cocoa Decorate as required Directions : Heat oven to 180ºC. Line a beerbox with foil and grease with Spray 'n Cook. Foil shiny side up. Boil water, oil and cocoa together in a saucepan and allow to cool slightly. Beat eggs in a large bowl, add sugar, cocoa mixture and mix for 10 min. Fold in flour and baking powder. Bake for 45 min. Let the cake cool before icing NB ~ Don't remove the cake from the box Seal cake in cling wrap or foil
