Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

Give the Gift of a Wheelchair! We’re on a mission to turn everyday trash into mobility treasures – and we need your help! Every wheelchair is made possible by recycling the below weight • 1,750 kg of plastic bottle tops – the weight of a young elephant! 🐘 • 350 kg of bread tags – about the same as a fully grown cheetah! 🐆 It takes thousands of small items to make one BIG difference. What to Collect: • Plastic bottle tops with recycling codes #2, #5 or #7 (look for the number on the underside). • A good rule of thumb: If you can drink the product, you can usually keep the lid! – This may exclude peanut butter, mayonnaise or some detergent lids. • No metal lids, caps, or glass bottles. 📍 Where to Drop Off: We’ve got 100+ collection points nationwide! Use this map to find the one nearest to you: https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/viewer?mid=1BTslunOGMavGjmZuFxHKx5ZlXJI&ll=-30.26828285885855%2C28.961695343444703&z=5 Always contact your chosen point first to confirm the address and drop-off times. Click Volunteer and let us know where you're located. If there’s no collection point near you, you can become one and help others donate too!
