About this campaign
Join the Movement! 🌟
This year let's paint the world orange and take a stand against violence towards women and children. The 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children is not just a campaign: it's a call to action, a collective voice rising against the shadows of silence.
Let’s Unite for Change!
We believe that change begins with us. It's time to break the silence and shatter the barriers that allow violence to persist. Join hands, hearts, and voices to create a world where safety, respect, and equality prevail.
What can you do to show your support?
Volunteer / donate in support of CAUSES who support abused women & children and survivors of Gender Based Violence #GBV.
What should you ALWAYS do?
- Speak out against woman and child abuse.
- Encourage silent female victims to talk about abuse and ensure that they get help.
- Report child abuse to the police.
- Encourage children to report bully behaviour to school authorities.
- Men and boys are encouraged to talk about abuse and actively discourage abusive behaviour.
- Seek help if you are emotionally, physically or sexually abusive to your partner and/or children.
- Talk to friends, relatives and colleagues to take a stand against abuse of women and children.
- Try and understand how your own attitudes and actions might perpetuate sexism and violence.
Together we can take action to support the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children .
