A social impact literacy organisation made up of Bookmen who are convicted by their commitment to obsess about literacy material, skills and its lifestyle. Our three-angle obsession is demonstrated through our 5 function impact model: Literacy material development; Literacy material donation; Literacy skills development, Literacy hub establishment and Literacy promotion. Through the 5 function impact model we are able to engage unemployed youth through skills development (e.g. writing, facilitation) and eventually creating Income Earning Opportunities (IEOs) for them. To date (2026) we have developed 40+ youth writers under the Literacy Skills Development function and some to be published authors. Through literacy project-to-project model we have created Income Earning Opportunities for 345 young people and 12 permanent youth employees.
