At the Cyril Ramaphosa Education Trust (CRET) we believe South African youth deserve far more than access to bursaries - they deserve a launch into life. For over 25 years we have supported hundreds of young people from school through to employment, vocational training, entrepreneurship and leadership - not simply by funding study, but by equipping futures. Our model is intentionally different: we offer accredited driver-training as a mobility and employment enabler; we partner with the Cisco Networking Academy and other industry providers to deliver micro-credentials so youth gain digital and vocational skills for today’s changing world of work; we run a vibrant Alumni Fund and active Alumni Advisory Board so that our graduates return as mentors and decision-makers, shaping the next generation.
