Established in September 2001, Starfish partners with community-based organisations to deliver holistic, community-led programmes in Education & Skills Development, Early Childhood Development, Nutrition, Health & Wellness, and Social Services. We also invest in Capacity Development, strengthening our Partners to deliver quality, sustainable Child & Youth Care services and create lasting change in their communities.
