Uplands Outreach

Part of Uplands NPC, Uplands Outreach is a dynamic educational organisation currently operating in several school circuits in Mpumalanga, for maximum focus and impact. We were established in 1994 by Uplands in order to boost educational outcomes in rural Mpumalanga, South Africa. We work collaboratively at the circuit level, and with school leaders, teachers and pupils in an empirically proven approach known as ‘systemic alignment’. We track impact over time, not just outputs, and we are committed to continuous learning. The Uplands Outreach team is passionate about our work and is committed to long-standing relationships with our programme participants. This consultative, collaborative approach has resulted in a number of successes that are proven over time. We utilise evidence-based practices to guide our activities.
