Enlivening Classrooms
The school visits highlight that Coding and Robotics is about much more than connecting blocks and making objects move. Learners develop essential skills such as counting, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, focus, and creativity
Keeping schoolchildren engaged and interested in routine school life is a perennial challenge for educators. Our Coding and Robotics programme injects life and fun into schools – and recent visits show how learners spring to life when these hands-on sessions are conducted. Our C&R programme started back in 2023 with 50 Foundation Phase educators – we have continued to keep the Professional Learning Community alive, with site visits to schools (to support teachers using the kits in their classrooms) . We are proud to see Coding and Robotics being successfully implemented at Edwaleni Primary, one of our partner schools in the programme. Seeing learners excited, engaged, and eager to participate was a true highlight! We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Teacher Sibuye for her dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to making learning meaningful and enjoyable for her learners. Her efforts are helping to create a positive impact in the classroom – and inspiring young learners to develop important skills through Coding and Robotics.
