Young Gal Inner Child NPC

Young Gal Inner Child NPC is a women-led nonprofit company based in Durban (KwaZulu-Natal), South Africa. We empower Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) through holistic programs focused on mental wellness, career development, financial literacy, and mentorship. We work directly in schools, churches, and youth hubs, offering safe, inspiring spaces where girls can build self-worth, resilience, and real-world skills. Our programs include emotional healing workshops, career guidance for Grade 9 and 12 learners, and foundational financial education—equipping young women to break cycles of poverty and take charge of their futures. To date, we’ve reached over 300 girls across under-resourced communities and have partnered with Lifeline Durban to provide psychosocial support. We’re calling on volunteers, partners, and funders who believe in the power of young women and want to be part of something impactful, personal, and sustainable.
