Young Gal Inner Child NPC

Young Gal InnerChild NPC is a women-led nonprofit based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, helping adolescent girls and young women heal, grow and build independent futures. Founded from Siwinile Ngcobo’s own healing journey, we believe girls should not have to wait until adulthood to begin healing. Too often, young women are expected to build confident futures while carrying invisible wounds that shape how they see themselves and the world. That is why we believe healing comes before empowerment. Through three pillars—Mental Wellbeing, Skills Development and Entrepreneurship—we create safe spaces where girls are seen, heard and supported, while building confidence, practical skills and pathways to opportunity and independence. Our work includes psychosocial support, school and community programmes, career guidance, AI and digital skills training, entrepreneurship and digital solutions that extend access to support.
