We need a heavy-duty printer with the following specifications: Printing technology: Laser print colour, and black and white Functions: Print, copy, scan, digital send Print speed: 30ppm Print and scan resolution: 600 x 600 dpi Copy and scan speed: 30cpm Copy features: Reduce/Enlarge 25 to 200% Paper: A3, A4, A5 Connectivity: Gigabit LAN, USB The printer will be used to print teaching and learning materials for our tutoring and skills training programmes, and for the day-to-day operations of the organisation. A pre-owned or used printer is fine as long as it is still in excellent condition.
