Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

Celebrate the Champions of Sight! The much-loved Dis-Chem Ride for Sight returns to Gauteng on 15 February 2026, and we’re planning a fantastic prize-giving ceremony to honor our amazing cyclists and supporters! To make this celebration truly special, we’re looking for prize donations — big or small — that will bring smiles and excitement to our participants. Think along the lines of gift vouchers, hampers, tech gadgets, wellness products, branded items, experiences, or anything fun and thoughtful. Your contribution will help us recognize the incredible spirit of our riders while supporting the cause of better eye health for all. Let’s make this event unforgettable — with your help, we can go the extra mile!

Helpful tips

Stay safe

  1. 1Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.
  2. 2When meeting one of your contacts offline for the first time, always be sure to arrange to meet in a public place.
  3. 3Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
  4. 4Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
