Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

the Initiative Youth Development Program (IYDP) — a registered and PBO-certified NPO (Reg: 222-291) based in Soshanguve, Gauteng. Since 2019, IYDP has empowered over 1,500 youth and women through digital literacy, job readiness, entrepreneurship training, and mentorship initiatives. Our mission is to equip disadvantaged youth with practical skills, career readiness, and entrepreneurial opportunities that enable them to secure employment, pursue professional careers, and contribute meaningfully to South Africa’s economy. We are reaching out to request IISA’s support in expanding our Digital Skills, Work Readiness, and Entrepreneurship Development Programmes across Soshanguve, Hammanskraal, and Moretele (North West). We believe this initiative aligns with IISA’s commitment to professional skills development, talent pipeline building, and transformation within the insurance and financial services sector. Proposed Areas of Support Work Readiness & Digital Skills: Training unemployed graduates and school-leavers in digital, communication, and employability skills relevant to the insurance and financial services industry. Insurance Career Awareness: Introducing youth to professional opportunities within the insurance sector through workshops, mentorship, and exposure programmes. Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy: Guiding youth to build sustainable business ventures and understand financial management principles. Capacity Support: Assistance with training resources, branding, or operational needs to strengthen programme delivery.
