Help Human Rights Screened Foundation by Donating Female Pamper/Toileteries for 100 Sheltered Female Parolees, Homeless and GBV Victims
Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
Many of the women that will be entering our Skills Development Programme in July come from extremely challenging environments. Some have experienced homelessness, Gender Based Violence while others are female parolees working hard to rebuild their lives. As they take this brave step forward, we want to ensure that they are met with dignity, encouragement, and support. Our programme includes a carefully designed 10-Point Upliftment Plan, developed to holistically guide each participant on her path to personal and professional growth. Point number one in this plan is building confidence and restoring self-worth. This is not just symbolic—it’s the foundation that supports all future development. When women feel seen, valued, and cared for, they are far more likely to engage meaningfully with training, job readiness, and reintegration into society. That’s why we are asking for donations of pamper products—items many of us take for granted, but which are often out of reach for our participants. Sanitary pads, deodorant, soap, body lotion, toothpaste, face cloths , towels and other personal hygiene items can seem like small things, but they make a huge difference. These essentials help our recruits feel clean, confident, and respected as they begin their journey. This is not about luxury—this is about dignity. When a woman has access to basic personal care, she is more likely to feel comfortable in a classroom, ready for a job interview, or willing to speak up and participate. These products support not only hygiene but mental wellness and emotional upliftment, and they represent the first tangible sign that someone believes in her future. The three month training will be made up of 40 GBV Victims in Shelters—30 homeless females and 10 female parolees—who are willing to take the courage to take a second chance at life. Your donation of pamper products will help them feel confident and ready as they step into a structured, caring environment focused on skills development, personal healing, and long-term success. Your contribution helps us create a safe, welcoming, and empowering space where these women can begin to see themselves not as victims or outcasts, but as capable, employable, and valued members of society. If you’ve ever wondered how to make a meaningful impact with something simple—this is it. Please help us walk alongside these women on their journey to healing, self-reliance, and inclusion in mainstream society. Every item donated is a step toward restored dignity and a brighter future.
