Womandla Reskilling Revolution Africa is an ambitious workforce development initiative designed to equip women and young people with the digital skills, opportunities and networks they need to thrive in the digital economy. Our vision is to build one of Africa's leading workforce readiness ecosystems by expanding access to future-ready digital, entrepreneurial and green economy skills while creating clear pathways into employment, paid learnerships, internships and entrepreneurship. Through strategic partnerships with business, government and civil society, we aim to facilitate 1,500 paid learnerships and internships, strengthen the pipeline of diverse talent for employers, and support women-owned businesses with access to markets, mentorship and growth opportunities. As we scale across South Africa and into the rest of the continent, our commitment is to deliver measurable impact by increasing employability, driving economic participation and creating sustainable livelihoods for women and youth, while helping partners achieve their ESG, CSI, Skills Development and transformation objectives.
