Patch-Up South Africa's Health Care Programs provides: - HIV Testing - TB Screening - STI Screening - Mental Health Screening - Counselling - Referrals to families and individuals affected by homelessness, drug and substance abuse. We require tools and materials for our weekly outreaches to various hotspots and homeless communities. These materials will help us deliver the services listed above. the tools we need include: - Testing Gazebos - Uniform for the Health Care Workers - Tables - Chairs - Sanitizers - Banners
