Help Masicorp by writing a message of support & donating a food item for children attending early learning centres (Mandela Day)

Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

This Mandela Day, Masicorp invites your corporate team to take action and make a meaningful difference in the lives of nearly 500 young children from Masiphumelele. We’re calling on corporate partners to collect non-perishable food items in support of three Early Childhood Development Centres that provide daily care and education to vulnerable children in our community. How it works: Each employee is invited to donate just one non-perishable food item. Masicorp will provide your company with postcards for staff to write messages of hope and encouragement, which will be delivered to the children with the food donations. Items and cards to be delivered on or before Mandela Day: 18 July 2025 Let’s honour Madiba’s legacy by sharing something small that makes a big impact. If you would like to take part, please reply to this email so we can deliver your postcard pack in time. Thank you for choosing to make every action count.

Helpful tips

Stay safe

  1. 1Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.

  3. 3Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
  4. 4Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
  5. 5If you feel unsafe, consult the person in charge and let him or her know.
