Smile Foundation is a South African non-profit that helps children born with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial conditions receive life-changing surgeries. On 16 October 2026, we’re hosting Socks for Smiles Day - a nationwide campaign where South Africans wear their mismatched socks to raise funds and awareness. Our goal is to raise R2.5 million to fund 100 surgeries for children in need. How you can help: purchase a R20 Socks for Smiles Sticker in order to help us reach our goal.
