The TSIBA X-Potential initiative works to keep students in-studies and to mitigate actively against students dropping out of studies. The impact of student's dropping out is often catastrophic as students without an education or formal skills are likely to remain unemployed, with some never attaining formal employment. The converse profoundly changes the future trajectory of TSIBA students, and it is this potential that TSIBA X-Potential aims to achieve.
