81% of SA Grade 4 learners can’t read with meaning. Living through Learning (LTL) has 35 years of experience in proven literacy interventions. Our flagship Reading Adventure Rooms, active since 2010, have reached more than 30 000 learners across 40 schools in the Western Cape, raising literacy pass rates to 81% by year end. Reading adventure rooms are fun, effective learner centric spaces that boost confidence and skills needed for meaningful reading. It only costs R197 per child per year - if 160 people donate then we can reach R31 520 and help 160 children. Please consider donating.
