Offer description
I am a business coach with 20 years of experience and a mindfulness teacher with 9 years of experience. I specialise in supporting emerging managers and new small-business owners to develop their leadership skills, build confidence and manage the stress that often comes with taking on new responsibilities. I also run Managing Your Stress courses, helping individuals develop practical tools and techniques to better manage stress, improve their wellbeing and create greater balance in their lives. As part of this initiative, I am offering six consecutive weeks of free mentoring, coaching and stress-management support, from Tuesday, 27 October to Tuesday, 1 December. I have four 45-minute sessions available each week and am happy to work with individuals or groups. Each individual or group would have the same time slot each week for the six weeks, allowing us to build continuity and develop the work from one session to the next. Available weekly time slots: 10:30 – 11:15 11:45 – 12:30 13:00 – 13:45 14:15 – 15:00 Sessions can focus on either one-to-one mentoring and coaching or practical group stress-management skills, depending on the needs of the participants. If you are an emerging manager, new small-business owner, or someone who would benefit from practical support in managing stress and developing your skills, I would be very happy to work with you. To enquire or arrange a session, please email me at: julie@simplicitycoaching.co.za
Individual's background
I think that it is important to give back in life. I have had so many kind and generous people support me and help me, that I would like to do the same. My work is very powerful and I would love to share it with people that are ready to invest in themselves and grow personally.
