We are seeking a volunteer with experience in Human Resources across Africa, organisational development, or employment law to review our existing HR policy and provide constructive feedback. Your expertise will help ensure that our policies are clear, inclusive, legally sound, and aligned with youth-led, mission-driven environments across Africa. Key Responsibilities Review AMI’s current HR policy (approx. 10–15 pages) Provide written feedback and suggestions, especially on: Clarity of terms and processes (e.g., recruitment, leave, conflict resolution) Inclusivity and protection (e.g., gender, disability, remote teams) Alignment with labour and data protection considerations (especially South Africa and other African countries, if applicable) Youth engagement and well-being Recommend any missing or outdated elements (e.g., mental health, remote work norms, safeguarding) Join one check-in call (optional) with the team to share insights or walk through feedback
