Embark on the Trap de Val 100-miler ride, mostly on gravel roads and make a significant impact by supporting the Teddy Bear Foundation for Abused Children. Starting at the Cycle Hub in the Lifestyle Centre at Thaba Trails and ending at the Val Hotel in the village of Val in Mpumalanga. OPTIONS: Solo - one rider doing the full distance; Duo Team - two riders riding as a relay team, each riding half the distance; e-Bikes are welcome. The route has 4 water points, a halfway food point, recovery meal at Val Hotel, complimentary goodie bag and a handmade edible Teddy Bear medal upon completion. COST: Solo R750; Duo R 850 Limited return trips for cyclists & bikes available at a cost of R275
