Help The Sweethearts Foundation with 150 volunteers for Recycling Takeaway Lids

Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

The next wheelchair starts with your next Takeaway Lid. Since 2013, The Sweethearts Foundation has provided more than 600 customised wheelchairs to South Africans living with disabilities, giving children and adults the freedom, dignity, and independence that many of us take for granted. ✨ The incredible part? It costs virtually nothing to help. Across South Africa, everyday people collect Takeaway Lids that would otherwise end up in landfill. These lids are recycled, and the proceeds help fund life-changing wheelchairs for those who need them most. ♻️ Just 1,500kg of Takeaway Lids can fund a standard wheelchair. Every lid collected brings us one step closer to changing a life. Getting involved is easy: 📦 1. Collect Save your Takeaway Lids. Please ensure they are cleaned, sorted by colour, and packed into boxes as you collect them. 📍 2. Deliver Once you’ve built up a collection, deliver it to your nearest Collection Point. Find your closest Collection Point here: https://www.sweetheartsfoundation.org/collectionpoints 📣 3. Share Encourage your friends, family, school, workplace, or community to start collecting too. The more lids collected, the more wheelchairs we can help provide. That’s it. 🏡 One household can start a collection. 🏢 One workplace can fill a box. ❤️ One community can help change a life. With more than 100,000 volunteers, 120 Collection Points, 60 participating schools, and over 380,000kg of recyclable materials diverted from landfill, together we’re proving that small actions can create extraordinary impact. 🚀 Get started today with our Volunteer Impact Kit: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1tjbgxm7lyMx4rllI2YWKrQXxXCgx_P6N?usp=drive_link 🌐 Follow, share, and help us grow the movement: Website: https://www.sweetheartsfoundation.org Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thesweetheartsfoundation/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the_sweethearts_foundation/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/thesweetheartsfoundation Turn waste into wheels.
