Help Sparrow Schools Educational Trust by a safe for security purposes

Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

At Sparrow FET College, we believe in empowering disadvantaged youth with the tools, skills, and confidence they need to thrive—in education, employment, and life. Behind every success story is a team of dedicated staff working tirelessly to ensure our students receive the best possible support. To help them continue this vital work effectively and securely, we are requesting a certified high-security safe (83kg to 139kg) suitable for office use. This safe will be used to securely store important documents, certificates, and valuable items , ensuring that everything remains protected and accessible when needed most. As a social enterprise committed to uplifting South Africa’s previously disadvantaged youth through accredited vocational training, even the smallest piece of equipment plays a role in the bigger picture. Your generosity won’t just fund a safe—it will help build confidence, independence, and opportunity for our incredible students. Every contribution brings us one step closer to a brighter future—for our learners, their families, and their communities.

Helpful tips

Stay safe

  1. 1Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.
  2. 2When meeting one of your contacts offline for the first time, always be sure to arrange to meet in a public place.
  3. 3Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
  4. 4Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
  5. 5If you feel unsafe, consult the person in charge and let him or her know.
  6. 6Avoid wearing expensive jewellery: it could get damaged, lost or stolen.
  7. 7Ask, ask, ask! If you’re worried about something or concerned about your safety in a certain situation, ask the person in charge.
