Help Sparrow Schools Educational Trust by donating crochery wool and needles for neurodivergent children

Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

At Sparrow Schools Educational Trust, we are dedicated to empowering neurodiverse learners with the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive in education, work, and life. As part of our holistic learning approach, we want to introduce crochet at Sparrow Foundation School — giving our learners the chance to explore creativity, build practical skills, and grow emotionally and cognitively. To make this happen, we’re currently in need of crochet supplies, including: -Crochet needles (appropriate sizes) -Soft, easy-to-handle wool or yarn These materials will support classroom sessions where learners will: -Develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and bilateral coordination -Practice focus, patience, and mindfulness -Experience creative expression and emotional regulation - Gain a sense of pride, accomplishment, and confidence Crochet is more than just a craft — it’s a therapeutic and educational tool that nurtures both the mind and spirit. For our learners, it opens doors to self-expression, independence, and future opportunities. Even a single donation of wool or needles can help us start this journey. Your generosity will not only provide materials but also help unlock potential, spark joy, and build brighter futures. Let’s create something meaningful — together.
