Help Ernest Foundation by donating a functional printer for essential office operations

Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

The Ernest Foundation is seeking a functional printer to support our vital community programs in Orange Farm, South Africa. A reliable printer is essential for our daily operations, allowing us to: Create Educational Materials: Print worksheets, activity sheets, and learning resources for the children participating in our educational and after-school programs. Manage Administrative Tasks: Produce important documents such as registration forms, attendance registers, permission slips, and reports for our stakeholders. Facilitate Communication: Print newsletters, flyers for community events, and outreach materials to keep our beneficiaries and the wider community informed. Streamline Operations: Reduce the significant time and cost currently incurred by having to outsource printing or manage without this critical office tool. We would be incredibly grateful for the donation of a working printer (an all-in-one printer that can print, scan, and copy would be ideal, but any functional printer is a huge asset). Donations of ink cartridges and printer paper are also highly welcomed as ongoing support. Your contribution of a printer will directly enhance our capacity to serve the women, children, and families in Orange Farm, empowering us to run our programs more efficiently and effectively. Thank you for helping us equip our office and strengthen our impact! Drop-off Location: The Ernest Foundation, 9929 Stretford 6, Orange Farm, 1841.
