Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

🎄 Christmas Shoebox Project – Help Us Reach 1,000 Children! 🎁 This Christmas, Johannesburg Dream Center needs your help to bring joy to children in need within our surrounding communities. ❤️ Our goal is to collect 1,000 Christmas shoeboxes! What makes this project extra special is that we want to give the Christmas boxes to the parents, so that they can personally give the gifts to their children. We want every child to experience the joy of receiving a Christmas present from Mom, Dad or their caregiver. 🎄❤️ Each Christmas shoebox should include: - 📚 School supplies – pens, pencils, crayons, notebooks, etc. - 🧸 Toys – small, age-appropriate toys - 🍬 Treats – sweets or snacks - 🧼 Toiletries – toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and other essentials You can support us by donating a completed Christmas shoebox, donating individual items, or running a collection drive at your company, school, church or within your community. 🎯 OUR TARGET: 1,000 CHRISTMAS SHOEBOXES! Every box counts. Every donation matters. Together, we can help parents create a special Christmas memory for their children. Help us put a smile on a child’s face this Christmas! 🎁🎄❤️

Stay safe

  1. 1. Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.
  2. 2. When meeting one of your contacts offline for the first time, always be sure to arrange to meet in a public place.
  3. 3. Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
  4. 4. Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
  5. 5. If you feel unsafe, consult the person in charge and let him or her know.
