Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

🚶‍♂️Walk Towards a Brighter Future – School Shoes Campaign👟 Bonamelo Melisizwe Foundation is an organisation with objectives to serve within the township and informal settlement communities, with youth development and poverty intervention as our key focus areas. Thousands of children in low-income communities walk to school every day without proper shoes. This affects their confidence, attendance, and overall ability to thrive. The Bonamelo Melisizwe Foundation is launching a heartfelt campaign to raise funds for over 1,000 pairs of new school shoes for learners in need across five primary schools—benefiting 200 children per school. With your support, we can give these young learners more than just shoes—we can give them dignity, hope, and the confidence to pursue their education with pride. Join us and help them walk boldly towards a brighter future. 📢 Donate. Share. Support.

Helpful tips

Stay safe

  1. 1. Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.
  2. 2. When meeting one of your contacts offline for the first time, always be sure to arrange to meet in a public place.
  3. 3. Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
  4. 4. Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
  5. 5. If you feel unsafe, consult the person in charge and let him or her know.
  6. 6. Avoid wearing expensive jewellery: it could get damaged, lost or stolen.
  7. 7. Ask, ask, ask! If you’re worried about something or concerned about your safety in a certain situation, ask the person in charge.
