We are seeking experienced professionals to support our youth job skills training program by conducting mock interviews. This hands-on experience is critical for helping young people (ages 20 - 30) build confidence, practice communication, and prepare for the workforce. What we need: Professionals with hiring or interviewing experience Availability for virtual mock interviews Ability to provide constructive, supportive feedback Why it matters: Many participants are preparing for their first job interviews Realistic practice helps reduce anxiety and improves performance Feedback from industry professionals boosts motivation and readiness
