Behind every thriving child is a woman who shows up every day to teach, nurture, feed and care. Through our Women’s Excellence Awards, Ladles of Love celebrates the incredible women working within the Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres we support — the principals, teachers, practitioners, cooks and caregivers who dedicate themselves to creating safe and nurturing environments for our children. This special event is our opportunity to honour, thank and celebrate our ECD Mamas and recognise the important role they play in shaping the lives and futures of young children.
